There are strangers,
There are acquaintances,
There are strangers who become acquaintances.
There are friends,
There are acquaintances who become friends.
There are family,
There are friends that become family.
There are friends that refresh your soul.
Friendship is not about who you’ve known the longest.
It is about those who proved their worth in your life.
It is about those who are always there for you.
It is about those who will carry your matter on their head, fight for you.
It is about those who choose to stay with you.
Each friend represents a world in us,
A world possibly not there until they arrived.
They say one of the greatest gifts of life is friendship,
I’m happy to have received it,
And I’m happy to keep on giving it.
