Cliché!
The common cliché you’ve heard of.
“Time heals all wounds”
“Better late than never”
“You can’t please everyone”
“Love is blind”
“Slow and steady wins the race”
“Action speaks louder than voice”
“One day at a time”
“What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”
“Better safe than sorry”
“Home is where the heart is”
“Stop wishing, start doing”
“Looks can be deceiving”
“You are pretty, why are you still single?”
“Good things come to those who wait”
All of these are clichés for a reason.
If good things indeed come to those who wait,
Then why is procrastination bad?
If love is blind, how can there be love at first sight?
As much as some clichés are true,
Other clichés are so untrue.
